We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
• Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and baking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient ordering to ensure freshness and availability
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances
• Support other kitchen staff with meal preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure all food handling complies with health regulations and safety standards
• Contribute to maintaining a positive team environment focused on quality service

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, particularly with pizza or fine dining
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling safety procedures
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
