Bartender

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender. In this role, you will craft and serve drinks with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer interaction, and efficient service will be vital in maintaining our lively atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment and promote sales
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
• Prepare bar food when needed utilizing air fryers
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly to ensure safe alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and service
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Must possess strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
• Must have reliable transportation and be reliable as you would be joining a small family owed business
• Must be flexible and willing to pick up other shifts as needed

Pay: $10.98 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
