The Juicy Crab is a fast-growing, high-energy seafood restaurant known for bold flavors, great service, and a fun team environment. We're currently hiring Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our kitchen team in Gastonia.

Prep Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, marinating)
• Assist with daily prep and stocking
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Keep prep areas clean and organized
• Support cooks during service as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
