Line Cook AM shift

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Line Cook for the AM shift to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established Hilton recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to support daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including knife skills and proper food handling techniques.
• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment prior to service.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Support catering events or special meal preparations as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Prior experience in fine dining, restaurant service, or catering environments is advantageous.
