Security Guard

Job Overview
We are seeking trainable Security Guards to safeguard our client's premises and assets. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through surveillance, access control, and emergency response. Your presence will help deter threats, manage conflicts effectively, and ensure the safety of everyone on site.

Responsibilities Will Vary by Client

• Control access points by verifying credentials
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and being an ambassador for our client in retail stores
• Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring safety for all involved

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Own a black suit and tie with black and white dress shirts
• Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining high levels of observance
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly to incidents
