Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and ensure dining areas are clean and organized throughout service
• Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up according to event specifications
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols to ensure guest safety
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Uphold cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and serving etiquette
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or hotel industry background is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and teamwork
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food industry standards and hospitality practices
