Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator / Medical Receptionist – Bilingual (Korean/English)
Location: Flushing, NY
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a full-time scheduling coordinator / medical receptionist to join our team

Job Responsibilities

Checking patients in and out

Making appointment confirmation calls
Handling scheduling and front desk tasks
Other administrative support duties as needed

Prior experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right person

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Korean and English
  Must be eligible to work and report taxes in the U.S.
  Strong multitasking skills
  Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced team environment
  Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Preferred Candidates

Have previous experience in a medical office (but not required)

Are reliable, detail-oriented, and good at communication
Are passionate about providing excellent patient service
