We're looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead Security Officers, and ensure a safe, secure environment for our guests, team members, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and assign tasks to Security Officers
- Patrol property and assist with incident response
- Monitor officer performance and ensure proper conduct
- Support secure cash/asset handling and restricted area access
- Maintain clear communication with management and other departments
- Perform duties of Security Officer as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of supervisory experience (2+ in security preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
License:
- Nevada Gaming Registration
- Driver's License
- Alcohol Awareness Card
