Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Clinical Director and collaborate with clinical leadership.
  • Travel to client homes and community settings throughout Los Angeles County to provide direct and indirect supervision.
  • Establish rapport and build lasting relationships with families and clients.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Conduct FBAs, skill acquisition assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, VINELAND-3).
  • Create data systems, analyze performance, and update treatment plans.
  • Ensure program fidelity and accuracy of documentation and data collection.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and company-wide development initiatives.
  • Provide crisis support and ensure ethical, culturally responsive services.
Perform administrative duties at the San Dimas clinic as needed.

Benefits/Incentives for Full-Time Employees:

  • Competitive pay based on experience and education.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel throughout Los Angeles County.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401K investment options.
  • Company laptop and cellphone provided.
  • Free and ongoing CEUs (ACE Provider).
  • Mentorship hours for those pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Opportunities for research, supervision, and clinical specialization.
  • Access to administrative support, supplies, and clinic resources.
    Employee referral program bonuses.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA coursework completed (preferred).
  • 2+ years of supervisory ABA experience in 2-tier or 3-tier service models.
  • Experience conducting FBAs and writing comprehensive reports (preferred).
  • Comfortable traveling to client sites across the Los Angeles area.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and commitment to serving diverse populations.
Willing to work some weekends (especially Saturdays).

Join a mission-driven team that's making a lasting impact.

About PBX Steps:
