Requirements:
*

Required: Master's degree in speech pathology.

*

Required: Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License.

*

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

*

Confident computer technology skills

*

Preferably Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
*

Supervise and provide guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

*

Conduct assessments and manage student cases in accordance with IEP goals.

*

Plan and deliver speech and language therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.

*

Monitor and document student progress toward speech and language objectives.

*

Complete and submit progress reports accurately and on time.

*

Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and services in the IEP management system.

*

Collaborate with parents, school staff, IEP teams, and external providers to ensure cohesive student support.

*

Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and insights.

*

Perform related duties as assigned.
