Property Manager

Commercial Property Manager – Staten Island (Small Portfolio 4 locations)

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of commercial locations. This is a hands-on role handling leasing, accounting coordination, vendors, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lease marketing, tenant screening, negotiations, renewals
• Rent collection, CAM/NNN tracking, expense reporting
• Monthly financial summaries and arrears follow-up
• Vendor management, repairs, and building maintenance
• Tenant relations and issue resolution
• Regulatory compliance and inspections

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial property management experience
• Strong leasing and financial tracking skills
• Highly organized, independent, and reliable
• Excellent tenant communication
• Proficient with spreadsheets and reporting

Preferred: NY real estate license, CAM/NNN experience

Pay: $36, $50,000.00 per year
