LMSW/LCSW Clinical Supervisor

BLOOM365 is an emerging national non-profit violence prevention organization, based in Phoenix, Arizona with a mission to prevent the root causes of domestic/sexual/teen dating violence against youth, teens and young adults. Our team of outreach advocates, victim advocates, case managers, therapists, counselors, trainers and grassroots student activists, implement healthy relationship education curricula, early interventions and training programs in person and online in schools and community organizations to remove the barriers to safety, healing and well-being for Gen Z youth who have witnessed, experienced, or perpetrated victimization. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, LCSW

• Contracted Clinical Supervisor, LCSW
• $60/hour under 2 years clinical supervision experience; clinical supervision experience
• 12 hours/month

• Weekly in-person group case management meeting
• Weekly 1 on 1 supervision of interns and peer support specialists
• 1 year contract to start, continuation is dependent upon grant funding

OVERVIEW: The contract services described herein will result in the Clinical Supervisor, LCSW providing field instruction to BSW/MSW interns and peer support specialist, as well as providing ongoing case management review support to the peer support specialists and interns. The Clinical Supervisor, LCSW oversees the provision of trauma-informed clinical services to youth who are seeking safety, healing and support from any/all forms of interpersonal violence (teen dating abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, gender-based violence). The contract position is responsible for supervising and managing the progress and performance outcomes of the counseling interns.

DELIVERABLES:

1. Provide weekly group clinical supervision and bi-weekly individual supervision to Social Work interns in order to:

2. enhance skills, competence and confidence in youth centered victim services work

3. ensure that services provided are safe, ethical and competent and meet the goals of safety, healing and well-being

4. ensure compliance with BLOOM365's policies, standards and practices

5. Provide monthly clinical supervision/case management oversight to the Clinical Program Director which includes:

7. training

8. coaching

9. Collaborate with the Deputy Director and CEO to develop systems, processes and procedures for the delivery and evaluation of counseling services.

10. Assist the Deputy Director with ensuring interns complete their weekly time sheets and monthly program reports.

OUTCOMES: The contracted Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision virtually and/or in person at BLOOM365's Phoenix office and cultivate an environment in which peer support specialists and interns can explore their own personal and emotional reactions to their work, reflect on and challenge their own practice, receive feedback on their skills, engage in professional development opportunities and identify needed skills.

Clinical supervision is an important process in the provision of BLOOM365's victim advocacy and intervention services to enhance the healing, safety and well-being of young people who have experienced, witnessed or used domestic/sexual/teen dating violence.

Supervision is provided in person at BLOOM365's Phoenix office and virtually 12 hours a month.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (Independent level license required, LCSW)
• Minimum of two years experience in: Survivor-centered sexual assault/domestic violence counseling supervision; Trauma informed therapy Supervising interns and direct service staff.
• Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of an approved 40 hour DV/SA advocate training within first 90 days
• Completion of BLOOM365's 7-Dose Curriculum and Trusted Adult Ally Training
