Organization & Systems

  • Oversee setup, breakdown, and readiness of clinical areas
  • Monitor supplies and place orders when needed
  • Train new assistants and help develop existing team members
  • Implement systems that increase efficiency and elevate patient care

Patient Experience

  • Communicate confidently with patients and families
  • Provide clear after-care instructions and support
  • Maintain our practice's reputation for warm, high-quality, personalized service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental assistant (pediatric/ortho experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, or supervise a clinical team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A natural "take-charge" personality who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Radiology certification required
  • iTero or digital scanning experience preferred
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Who Thrives in This Role

Someone who is:

  • Assertive and confident
  • Comfortable giving direction
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Passionate about maintaining high clinical standards
  • Motivating, energetic, and supportive while holding others accountable
  • Proud to run a tight operation with excellence

In other words… the person who reads this and thinks, "This is literally me."
