Direct Support Professional

**Job Summary**

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including working with people with autism and seniors.

**Responsibilities:** -

1: Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal care tasks.

2. Provide emotional support and companionship .

3.Implement individualized care plans .

4. Assist with transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or activities .

5. Support individuals in developing independent living skills.

6. Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary .

7. Administer first aid when required

8. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under your care.

**Experience:** - Experience working with individuals with autism or seniors is preferred - Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Knowledge of first aid procedures - Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Previous experience in caregiving or patient care is a plus Joining our team as a Direct Support Professional offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
