Job Summary

The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in managing all day-to-day aspects of projects. The coordinator will ensure alignment with project work plans, lead data collection and analysis efforts, and contribute to reporting, dissemination, and sustainability efforts. Work may include evenings and weekends, and other duties may be assigned as needed to support program success.

• Manage daily operations and implementation of projects.
• Oversee communication and engagement with all stakeholders such as students, faculty, community partners, advisory board members, and subcommittees.
• Lead data collection efforts and ensure adherence to the project's work plan, summarize data findings, prepare reports and other materials as needed.
• Prepare project materials, such as IRB protocols, curriculum, and surveys on RedCap

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.
