Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
• maintain supplies
• Resolve guest complaints
• Work with other departments to ensure that the hotel is running smoothly
• Train and develop staff
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
