Program Analyst III Position Description

General Qualifications:

• Provides technical analysis and assessment of program requirements;
• Develops system life cycle documentation consistent with acquisition directives;
• Coordinates IPRs, milestone reviews, and other formal acquisition activities;
• Translates/recommends processes and procedures ensure proper consideration of programmatic, technical, and management factors;
• Provides recommendations to mitigate program risks related to software intensive programs;
• Provides comprehensive reviews of System Integrator deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, or higher with Program Management training/education;
• 5-years of DoD Program Management experience;
• Active SECRET clearance.

Specialized Skills:

• MS Office and SharePoint proficiency;
• Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions and perform to quality standards; and
• Ability to engage with government acquisition staff to plan and execute project tasks.
