We specialize in dynamics within relationships, family systems, LGBTQ+ support, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our work is grounded in modalities including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Gottman interventions, and EMDR.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Therapist to join our team and contribute to our thriving practice.

The Role

The Associate Therapist will provide high-quality, culturally-competent psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist seeking to deepen their clinical skills in a supportive, systemic-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family counseling based on a systemic and relational framework.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs, including some evening and/or weekend hours (practice hours are Mon-Fri 11am-9pm, Sat 1pm-6pm).
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, treatment plans) in accordance with state laws and ethical guidelines.
  • Actively participate in required clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and trauma-informed care.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the profession and the practice.

Required Credentials & Qualifications

  • Currently licensed in the State of Texas as a LPC-A or LMFT-A.
  • Experience handling confidential patient health (PHI) information.
  • Reside in Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Demonstrated experience or advanced training in our core modalities (e.g., Narrative Therapy, EFT, Gottman Method, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy).
  • Experience working with couples and/or families using a systemic approach.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience serving the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $40 per session
  • Contract Type: W-2 Employee
