Senior Salesforce Developer

FPT Software USA is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers in a global delivery model. You will work closely with Solution Architects, BAs, QA, and offshore delivery teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

This role focuses on Salesforce Platform development and CRM implementation, with mandatory experience in Conga CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salesforce Development & Delivery

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex (Triggers/Classes), Flow, configuration, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and utilities to accelerate delivery and improve maintainability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and translate requirements into detailed technical tasks and implementation plans.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and identify delivery risks/constraints (governor limits, security, performance).
• Write and maintain unit tests (high coverage + meaningful assertions) and support test automation strategy with QA.
• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices.
• Work with DevOps using SFDX, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance
• Support UAT/Go-Live/Hypercare and production troubleshooting as needed

CPQ (Conga) & Billing Implementation

• Implement and enhance Conga CPQ processes (quote configuration, pricing logic, approvals, document generation as applicable).
• Implement Salesforce Billing capabilities and related automation (billing schedules, invoicing flows, integrations, exception handling).
• Troubleshoot complex CPQ/Billing issues and drive root-cause resolution across configuration, code, and integrations.
