Certified Pharmacy Technician

Duties
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into the computer system
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Willing to deliver medications to patients via company car

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in a critical care, acute care, or hospital setting is preferred
- Proficient in aseptic technique for sterile compounding
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures
- Experience with IV infusion and inhalation medications is a plus

Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
