Warehouse Representative

• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and have a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming inventory orders verifying packing sheets match shipments received.
• Pack, stage and prepare standard and professional kits.
• Prepare large orders and shipments for transfers.
• Program all batteries correctly utilizing the latest version of Bolt Software.
• Follow all Battery procedures for inventory management and inventory control.
• Maintain proper inventory on sales and delivery trucks after each trip. Replenish as needed.
• Quality Check all inventory leaving the warehouse ensuring each kit is uniform, contains all the correct items, affix the correct PN labels to the outside of each box and battery crate contains the correct items.
• Maintain accurate records for serialized items. Make sure the SN's pulled for an order are the ones that are shipped out to fulfill the order.
• Verify all inventory departing from the warehouse is listed on an Equipsoft Sales Order or written JADR is signed by both parties.
• Perform a monthly cycle count in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager and Senior Leadership
• Operate forklift, load and unload freight trucks as well as company vehicles
• Keep warehouse in clean and orderly condition at all times
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts; research discrepancies in inventory software and provide solutions to inventory problems
• Break down pallets and crates for disposal
• Other housekeeping & maintenance duties around warehouse
• All other assigned duties as required.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
