As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Media Tower in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the location, which may include office buildings, data centers, or media facilities.
• Observe for any unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols to help to deter potential issues.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the location.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Support emergency response efforts, including evacuation procedures and coordination with first responders, as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
