We are searching for a qualified General Manager to operate our flagship restaurant location in Doral, Florida. Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager or equivalent position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing structure, guest satisfaction, building revenues and controlling costs.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results.
Lead a very loyal and long-term staff to greater success.
High energy and success-driven.
Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly.
5+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations of the restaurant.
Build top-line sales through planned execution.
Grow bottom line profits through planning and accountability.
Review restaurant results and create an action plan to address any opportunities.
Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations.
Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service.
Thrive in a high-volume location.
Must be able to adapt and overcome at the drop of a hat.
