THIS IS FOR A NEW RESTAURANT OPENING IN FALL 2026. TRAINING AND SEASONING AT OUR BILOXI LOCATION UNTIL THE NEW RESTAURANT OPENS.

Duties:

The applicant is self-sufficient to direct 100% of operations w/ little support from ownership.

• Strong knowledge of P&L management, and ensures target prime costs
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all areas
• Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints or issues
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant budgets and control costs
• Coordinate with vendors for food, equipment, and other supplies
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Skills:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety guidelines
