Job Description:

Ashers Cleaning Service is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. We provide high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training for all new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standards.

• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.

• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check (no criminal record).

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
