Position Overview

As an OTA with Achieve, you'll work directly in an ABA clinic setting alongside a collaborative team, supporting children with diverse needs to achieve developmental, sensory, and functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions for pediatric clients.
• Collaborate with ABA teams, speech therapists, and parents to support each child's individualized goals.
• Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and insurance standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Illinois.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome motivated new grads with strong interest in pediatrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for making therapy fun, functional, and family-centered.
