Our security firm is seeking a Security Officer to work at a local hospital and assist with providing security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a security presence for the purpose of assisting in the protection of hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Patrol designated security areas.
• Provide security services such as escorts, authorized entry, temporary ID, motorist assist, lock/unlock buildings, within the perimeter of security.
• Investigate and follow up on incidents.
• Complete comprehensive written reports and activity logs.
• Maintain established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality assurance programs.
• Uphold hospital values and safety standards.
• Maintain professional growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Military, law enforcement and security experience a plus.

Uniforms, equipment and contract specific training are provided.

Hourly Pay $17.00.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a State of TN Armed Security Guard License.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to complete comprehensive reports and logs.
• Shift times vary (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
