Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor rental rates in the market to stay competitive and maximize rental income.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with property management software. Yardi experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
