Job Overview
Millstone is seeking a dependable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to the flow of our kitchen. You'll keep dishes, utensils, cookware, and prep tools spotless and ready for service, helping our culinary team deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dish machines and manual methods
• Maintain a clean, organized dish station throughout the shift
• Ensure all kitchenware is properly dried, stored, and easily accessible
• Support the FOH and BOH teams by collecting and returning used dishes during service
• Follow Millstone's food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Communicate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth, efficient operations during peak periods

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting preferred
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
