Guest Experience
Ensure every guest receives a top-tier dining experience—from the first greeting to the final Crush.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming, beach-casual vibe that reflects the restaurant's brand.
Financial & Business Management
Monitor and analyze P&L statements to meet or exceed revenue and cost targets.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and local partnerships.
Brand & Community Engagement
Represent the restaurant in the community and online with a professional, upbeat presence.
Work with marketing to promote specials, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.
3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or coastal dining concept.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of seafood and craft cocktail/beverage programs preferred.
- ServSafe and Responsible Vendor certifications (or willingness to obtain).
