Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven hospitality experience to lead hotel projects from concept through installation. The ideal candidate excels at selecting materials, specifying FF&E, and delivering functional, visually compelling spaces that align with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design for new construction and renovation projects.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suited to hospitality settings.
- Prepare FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents.
- Ensure design quality, budget alignment, and brand compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Interior Design or related field.
- 6+ years of experience, with strong background in hospitality design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.
- Deep knowledge of hotel brand standards and FF&E.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
