Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to patients in various settings, including Senior Living . This role is essential in ensuring the well-being of patients through effective monitoring and assistance in their medical needs.

Duties

• Perform routine medical procedures, including taking vital signs and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter.
• Assist with patient care support as required for patients.
• Provide caregiving support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during treatment.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and home community care practices.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff or physicians promptly.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology to assess patient needs effectively and respond appropriately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a med tech .
• Familiarity with medication administration.
• Experience in senior care settings is a plus.
• Strong understanding of physiology and its application in patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a compassionate approach toward patient care.
