We are seeking a motivated and skilled AC Technician to join our dynamic team In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems across various properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal climate control, energy efficiency, and safety standards are met. Pay is based on flat rate per job rather than hourly which allows for the tech to control the amount of pay he/she receives. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial applications.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure peak performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites for emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Repair appliances related to HVAC and refrigeration systems while adhering to safety standards.
• Use testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting and welding equipment for component repairs when necessary.
• Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and logs of all work performed for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Skills

• Proven service technician background with hands-on experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration).
• Familiarity with plumbing systems related to property maintenance and HVAC setups.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is preferred.
• Computer literate, all communication with clients and office is done through tablet.
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform equipment repair tasks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Pay: $52, $100,000.00 per year
