Associate Dentist Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages
  • Perform exams, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive care
  • Deliver high-quality care with strong attention to detail and patient education
  • Procedures include:
  • Crowns and fillings
  • Simple extractions
  • Implant restorations
  • Anterior and premolar root canals
  • Full and partial dentures
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and management to ensure excellent patient experience

Associate Dentist Qualifications

Required

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Maryland dental license
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
  • Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and pride in clinical work

Preferred

  • Experience with four-quadrant dentistry
  • Ability to manage 2–3 columns efficiently
  • Comfort with digital dentistry and modern workflows
  • Growth mindset and desire for continued clinical development

Associate Dentist Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $143,091 – $305,454 annually (production-based)
