We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employeses. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Check IDs
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior.

Skills

• Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
