Diesel Technician

Concord Tractor is a high volume KIOTI dealership dedicated to total customer satisfaction before, during and most importantly after the sale. We are currently seeking a proficient, top tier diesel technician to join our team.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong diesel, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills
• Strong diesel, hydraulic and electrical repair/maintenance skills
• Experience with air conditioning systems diagnosis and repair
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to take direction well
• Ability to complete tasks as assigned
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to write diagnosis and repair/service completed on work order
• Ability to track time spent on jobs.
• A strong desire for total customer satisfaction.
• A positive, team-oriented mentality.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Duties to include:

• Diagnosis and repair of farm tractors hp) and skid steers. Perform warranty repairs and campaigns while adhering to manufacturers standards and guidelines. Perform preventative maintenance such as hourly services.
• Completion of KIOTI factory training as assigned.
• Keeping an inventory of tools to perform job functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
