Your Role as a Physical Therapist
As a PT at COPT, you'll guide patients through their recovery with confidence, science-backed treatment, and genuine care. You will influence not only patient outcomes, but also the next generation of therapists through mentorship and collaboration.
Your responsibilities include: Patient Care & Evaluation
- Perform detailed evaluations and movement assessments
- Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with referring providers and fellow clinicians
- Support and mentor PTA's, aides, and students during their rotations
Professional Growth
- Participate in continuing education and skill development
- Contribute to clinical programs and innovative rehab initiatives

What We're Looking For
We welcome both new graduates and experienced PTs who are eager to learn, collaborate, and lead.
Required:
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- Degree from an accredited PT program
Preferred:
- Interest or experience in Sports, Orthopedics, and Geriatrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt, stay organized, and work well in a team
- Experience mentoring or willingness to learn
Languages:
Fluency in English required. Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish or other languages) are highly encouraged to apply.
