Starting Salary: $95,000-$115,000 (based on experience)
The Financial Controller position will be responsible for the financial operations of our company, directly handling key tasks relating to financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, compliance and audit, general ledger management, and day-to-day accounting functions. This position will partner with senior management, clients, human resources (HR), and information technology (IT) staff to enhance and better integrate finance, HR, and IT functions within the company. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Implement consistent accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain all accounting records, including general ledger, payroll, and taxes, and ensure full tax compliance.
- Prepare financial forecasting reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate full accounting audits.
- Create and manage company budgets.
- Organize and facilitate office meetings and events.
- Manage financial risk and identify opportunities for process and financial improvement.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Personal qualities of integrity, proactive approach, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating financial statements, strategic reports, and general ledger functions.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
