We are growing and building our team. We have added a brand new Dining room, downstairs. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub, your energy and professionalism will shine through every interaction.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and managing guest relations to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently in busy environments such as fine dining or nightclubs

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively

Pay: $ $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
