Are you a dedicated and energetic individual looking for a role in San Antonio, Texas? We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in our fast-paced warehouse. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your primary duties will involve picking items from warehouse shelves according to order slips, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, bending, and the ability to handle Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to follow strict guidelines, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a critical position within our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We are looking for team players who are reliable, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a positive attitude. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order lists.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
