Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves a variety of tasks essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, contributing directly to our logistics network. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock items accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and speed, meeting performance targets.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in warehouse operations and Safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
  • Experience with material handling equipment operation is preferred.
