We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist in Tampa, Florida, to manage and maintain accurate inventory records for our warehouse operations. This role is critical for optimizing stock levels, reducing waste, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our Logistics network. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures. A key focus will be on utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements, generate reports, and identify trends. Adherence to all company policies and strict compliance with Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE , is expected. This position involves standing for extended periods and occasional moderate Lifting . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset. You will work collaboratively with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, participating in physical inventory counts, and assisting in the development and implementation of inventory management best practices. A thorough understanding of inventory control principles and techniques is required. Your dedication to maintaining precise inventory data will directly contribute to our company's financial health and operational efficiency.
