We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Diego, California. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. You will work closely with logistics partners to guarantee timely deliveries and pickups, minimizing any disruptions to the supply chain. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies. Your coordination skills will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We expect our coordinators to be proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and to continuously identify areas for process improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with internal departments and external vendors. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is critical. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, preparing reports on warehouse performance, and assisting with inventory audits. Experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is highly desirable. This role involves moderate Lifting and requires physical stamina. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all Safety protocols. Your contribution to our Logistics operations will be highly valued.
