You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing improvements to inventory processes. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems are essential for success. This position is critical for optimizing our logistics operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy. Responsibilities include:
- Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any significant variances.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff and management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhering to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE while performing duties.
- Assisting with tasks that may involve some manual handling or lifting of inventory, up to 30 pounds.
