Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders carefully using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily logistics goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all guidelines for product handling and storage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
