Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for defects before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and checking.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist in other warehouse and logistics tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
