We have an immediate opening for a Material Handler in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our **Logistics** facility. You will be responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing materials for various stages of our operations. Key responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized warehouse space. A strong focus on **Safety** and proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. Responsibilities include:
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Loading and unloading shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Moving materials to and from designated storage areas.
- Organizing and staging materials for production or shipment.
- Performing routine checks on equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Using all required **PPE**, including safety vests and gloves.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
