We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our San Jose, California facility. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing, and preparing items for shipment. This position is key to our **Logistics** success and customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and attention to detail. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to **Safety** protocols are critical. We offer comprehensive training, including **PPE** usage and **Safety** procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
- Verifying product details and quantities against order information.
- Preparing shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks and counts.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhering to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Using all required **PPE**, such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
