We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist in our Richmond, Virginia warehouse. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, performing regular audits, and ensuring all inventory data is accurate in our system. You will work closely with warehouse associates and management to implement best practices in inventory management and improve overall operational efficiency. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using inventory management software. While not always involving heavy Lifting, you may be required to move stock and maintain organized storage areas, necessitating adherence to Safety protocols and the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding warehouse Logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining precise inventory records.
