We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by retrieving items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring timely and correct deliveries that meet our high standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing scanning technology to track inventory and confirm order accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
